The thesis proposed some questions after analyzing the reason of rapid growth in hotel industry. Such as, the problem of environment、the problem of power source and many important factors in the process of construction. On the literature review, the thesis told about the experience of hotel construction home and abroad, compared the Chinese hotels with those abroad. Through learning the good experience of hotels abroad, to make hotels in our country have a better development.The thesis analyzed the profitability of hotels from different angles、different modes, had a conclusion that the profitability of hotels contain many important factors, in the process of hotel construction, the external environment and government’s policy and hotel address. Then introduced risk analysis management, through some measurements or methods to decrease the proportion of risk.At the last, the thesis gave some examples of hotel construction through which grasped the content of hotel construction projects and risk management.
