With the rapid development of internet and smart phone, we have stepped into a times with social network and mobile internet. It changes our ordinary life habit, also brings to enterprises a new management environment. Traditional network marketing strategy hasn’t satisfied the demand of modern enterprises. New round of marketing revolution is on the corner, and influencing all industries deeply. For all companies, it is an opportunity, or a challenge, facing the reform of marketing model and coming of marketing rules. Commonly, the big companies can adapt and fit into the trend of new marketing revolution more rapidly. In my view, minor enterprises should launch an attack more positively and earlier embracing the new marketing strategy to form a smart power and compete with the giant leaders in same stage, which is unimaginable in traditional marketing period. We may say, it must be coming soon for an exciting new era for practitioners and followers of social media marketing.The first chapter mainly introduce the background and significance, and why to choose this topic, and adopted research methods. The second puts a lot of emphasis on the difference between SMM and traditional marketing based on the concept and characteristic. The third and fourth chapters give the reason why enterprises, especially minor companies should embrace SMM, and the proposal how to make and start out the SMM strategy. The fifth complements the current SMM evaluation system and in the last, share a typical application case of SMM in the sixth chapter.In a word, the research puts forward some specific suggestions to minor enterprises how to implement SMM strategy through analyzing its value and the marketing resource of minor companies. Otherwise, the theoretical value and practical significance of the research will be taken as important reference and guide for minor enterprises to optimize allocation of resources...
