Recruitment, as start point of Human Resource Management system, is the key point of Human Resource Management strategy and Corporate business strategy. Effective recruiting is key factor of Human Resource Management. The recruitment and supply of talent will decide how successful of a professional consultancy company can be.This paper adopts to Recruitment Management theories, analyzes the common problems China Recruitment practice, then expound the basic principle and methodology of Recruitment management system. Based on above, the paper analyzes and diagnoses ECH Recruitment system.After that, the paper states the improvement of ECH Recruitment Management system, including Job Analysis, Job Description design, Recruitment process redesign, Interview&Selection and employment process etc.At last, the paper evaluate and analyzes the implementation effects of ECH Recruitment Process, meanwhile points out the remaining problems and improvement direction.
