In recent years, the market environment of power enterprise produced profound change with China’s stable and rapid economic growth. On one hand, the rapid growth of the power consumption was driving the rapid growth of the demand of coal, and coal supply became nervous with each passing day, and the price has been high. On the other hand, the reform of electric power system remained stagnant, price adjustment completely under the control of the government lagged behind on the market price of coal, and the conflict between coal and electricity industry did not timely and effective dredge. Therefore, a lot of power-generating enterprises were immersed in predicament.As the largest area company of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Branch is in charge of over9large and medium-sized power plants, which are located in Nanjing, Xuzhou, Changshu, Zhenjiang, Yixing city. In the conflict between coal and electricity industry increasingly grim situation, Jiangsu Branch is also facing enormous pressure and difficulties in the business.In this paper, China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Branch is designated as the object of study, in which there exist some problems such as excessive competition, the uneven distribution of coal resources, high inventory, lost production index advantages, insufficient cash flow about the operation of enterprises. This paper analyzes the main reasons of these problems from the evaluation mechanism and the internal management two respects, and points out that the most fundamental reason is the current evaluation mechanism, in which the overall scientific concept is lacking. Therefore, it is very difficult to achieve the overall value of the largest. This paper put forward synergic management goal of power plants, designs the organizational structure of Jiangsu Branch, and gives a synergic management scheme. By adopting the strategy, Jiangsu Branch can create an overall greater value, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and get rid of the current predicament of management. Both the research method and the power plant area collaboration new ideas are of certain guiding significance and reference values on how to manage the power plants more effectively and efficiently, how to expand the overall operating efficiency, as well as on branch companies reform and develop for Power-generating Group.
