The Coordinated Development Relationship Study Between Yueyang Port And Its Hinterland Economy

Yueyang Port is our country’s major ports of Inland River and first class port. The port is one of the river hubs with throughput over100million. In the development process of port, hinterland economy plays a particularly important role. The relationship between the port and the hinterland economy are not that much closed at present. To study the collaborative development relationship between Yueyang port and its hinterland economic is conducive to develop Yueyang port and in turn, also helpful to promote hinterland economic. As a result, making the synergy development relationship between Yueyang port and its hinterland economic improve and close, the port and city can both get common prosperity.At first, this paper analyzes the research state about collaborative learning, economic relations between port and hinterland at home and aboard. Then based on reach of the state of Yueyang port and the hinterland, and on the foundation of analysis of collaborative learning conception, this paper study collaborative features of Yueyang port and hinterland economy. Also analysis development stage, collaborative nature of them, and so on. Thirdly, in accordance with principles of system dynamics, build port and its hinterland economic coordinated development relationship model. And clear feedback causal relationship of factors for Yueyang port and its hinterland economic. According to the set policies, use Vensim software to get simulation and analysis for model. The simulation results show that the effect caused by second industry is stronger than the third industry, and that the third industry is stronger than the first industry in decrease the gap of Yueyang port throughput capacity. There also another conclusion that synergy relationship between Yueyang port and hinterland economy remains to be further improved and developed. And finally, according to the results of modeling and simulation in combination with the economic hinterland of Yueyang Port and the actual situation, put forward some measures to improve coordinated development relationship of the port and its hinterland economy. This paper provides a new idea for the research of coordinated development relationship of a specific port and its hinterland economy. Also has certain reference significance for the related department to make decision.
