Study On The Construction Mode Of Innovative City In Beijing Haidian District

Since the fifth plenary session of the16th of the Party Central Committeehad definitely put forward the major strategy of constructing innovationoriented country, the wave of innovation is emerging all over the country. In2009, the State Council approved to build the first national independentinnovation demonstration area in Zhongguancun. Therefore, the Haidiandistrict bears the important responsibility of constructing innovative city. Afteryears of development, Haidian district has accomplished a great deal today,becoming the model of constructing innovative city.Based on the interaction between the main body in the construction ofinnovative city, the article analyses the supporting function of each main bodyfor the construction of innovative city and interactive mode, including thegovernment-led policy support service mode, the "four zones linkage" modelcored with science and technology park, the technology innovation modecored with science and technology enterprise. In the "four linkage" mode, the"four area" interactive mechanism were introduced in detail, including"incubator+accelerator+risk investment “operation mechanism in scienceand technology park zone,"a school with a park" pattern in university sciencepark,"function implantation combined with innovative services" in interactivemechanism between science and technology park and public community, andthe interactive mechanism between science and technology park andcommercial blocks guided by market.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, whichintroduces the background of topic selection, purpose and meaning of thepaper research, research contents and methods and the innovation points inthis paper. The second part is theories of innovative city. The third part is theintroduction of Haidian innovative city construction achievements, and the analysis of condition and advantage of innovative city construction..The fourthpart is the core part of this paper, which analyses the construction pattern andoperation mechanism of haidian innovative city from micro to macro level, andthe corresponding case. The fifth part is the conclusion and the suggestion ofthis paper, and puts forward some thoughts and Suggestions accordingly.
