Research On The Competition&Cooperation Mechanism Of IOT Business Ecosystem’s Main Bodies

Because the Internet of Things brought about the huge economic efficiency,various countries considered IOT as a driving force of economic growth, animportant emerging industry which enhanced the comprehensive nationalstrength，and the development of the IOT was bound to form an indispensabletechnology for the global economy power.At present the IOT industry of ourcountry was in preliminary stage, and each link of the IOT industy chain shouldbe mutual cooperation and harmonization, this made the IOT industry shift toeconomy union such as business ecosystem.Thus creating a good development,building a harmonious atmosphere of competition and cooperation environmentand formating the competitive advantage of the IOT business ecosystem couldmake the IOT enterprises cooperative coevolution and promote the coordinateddevelopment of the IOT industry. So it was the key of this dissertation that howto create a high-effiiciency and healthy IOT of business ecosystem and analyzethe value of competition and cooperation activities of IOT enterprise forproviding feasible ideas for IOT industry construction.This dissertation on the basis of summary of IOT industry development,business ecosystems and competition and cooperation mechanisms etc relatedtheory and research, defined the connotation of IOT business ecosystem, fromboth vertical and horizontal directions analyzed the compodsition of the IOTbusiness ecosystem’s main bodies, established the IOT business ecosystem model,through the analysis of collaborative dynamic reasons, the value stream andcritical link, illustrated the competition and cooperation process of the IOTbusiness ecosystem’s main bodies to find out the key factors that affected thecompetition and cooperation mechanism of the IOT business ecosystem’s main bodies.Then the control mechanism and trust mechanism, information sharingmechanism had been designed of the competition and cooperation mechanism,control monopoly strategy, building trust mechanism as well as information-sharing strategy had put forward on the basis of analysing related influencingfactors of various mechanisms. The model of the competition and cooperationwas established based on niche theory, focused on competing and cooperatingactivities among the key link of the IOT business ecosystem’s main bodies, toprovide a quantitative analysis of the support for competition and cooperationmechanism of the IOT business ecosystem’s main bodies. At last taking anexample of the IOT of Beijing government tested the correctness of thecompetition and cooperation mechanism which was designed in this aticle,making use of simulate with Matlab tested the model,and provided guidancesuggestion for better applications of IOT industry. The research achievementshad provided a useful reference and consult for the development of the IOTindustry’s collaborative optimization and links of value-added.
