To Extend The Information Construction Management In Yanchang Oilfield Of Zibei Oil Production Plant

The informational construction of oil enterprises is necessarily which can improve the efficiency of the management and realize the operational modernizations. Our country’s informational project belongs to the emerging industry and the applications of the informational technology in the enterprises are still in the exploratory stage. Due to lacking of relevant theoretical research results and practical experience, the efficiency of the investment and implementation of informational projects are affected. Therefore, we should carry out the informational management in petroleum enterprise and study on the successful implementations of informational construction projects which become theoretical and practical significance.In this article, we confirmed the focus and content of the theory based on the research background of informational construction on Yan-chang Oilfield Zibei oil production plant and the research status at home and abroad, the theory and related research are reviewed and proceed from the general concept of management and control of enterprise information project, from general to specific interpretation of the way, analysing and studying on the problems and the reasons which were found in the process of the informational construction on Yan-chang Oilfield Zibei oil production plant. From the goal of informational project management, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and expounds the effective scheme to direct the informational construction smoothly on Yan-chang Oilfield Zibei oil production plant.
