Reflections On The Tobacco Companies Emergency Management Standardization System Construction

In this paper, based on the long abundant enterprise emergency management practice, adopt the method of research and practice, from the enterprise level\"bottom-up\" research of the tobacco enterprise emergency management organization structure and the working process. By evaluating the shaanxi tobacco emergency management present situation, find the weak link, analysis the reason, put forward improvement and standardization of vision with innovation, namely the emergency management standardization to carry out effective emergency management, and build a emergency management specification as the core, program files, contingency plans and emergency management to cope with record form, form a standard system of four type of emergency management.
