Research Of The International Business Development Strategy For ADBC LT Subbranch

After china joined into WTO, the international trade environment can be improved. The advantage of China products export space can be extended, Import and export enterprises to increase the demand for trade financing. International trade financing business is the basic product led other international business growth, on the banks or on the import and export enterprises have a positive impact on both. Has become one of the main business of many international banks. Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) as the only one of China’s policy banks for the agricultural industry, in order to fulfill the policy of state support of agriculture, use of international and domestic markets, ADBC must participate in the competition with international banks, have to solve the business needs of international trade finance problems. In this paper, we use the ADBC LT branch of international trade finance business as research subjects, taking xi’an BQ company business of international trade as an example, analysis of practical problems, and use the method of SWOT analysis, make a detailed analysis of the LT branch of the internal and external environment, according to the actual situation, proposed the development strategy for international financing activities of ADBC LT branch.
