The outsourcing services industry is a high-tech industry and has emerged quickly in recent years. The outsourcing service industries work content is relatively high, and foreign outsourcing services can also provide a better working environment, personnel management, and relatively equal opportunities for career development and simple human relationships. The employment of university students is very attractive by those and would like to join in GB.The outsourcing market came into being; most importantly due to the relatively cheap labor costs, compared to some of the same type of service outsourcing enterprises in foreign companies, due to business expansion needs. The war of competition talent was conducted in silence, resulting in the experienced staff movement. The company’s typical annual turnover reached more than20%turnover rate, in some business processes even it reached nearly35%. This led to a serious impact on the stable operation of the company’s business processes, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, it also greatly enhanced the company’s recruitment and training of personnel costs, and other costs of operation and management expenditure.The article looks at a detailed investigation, based on the analysis on the world’s top five hundred companies, GB (Dalian) company. Additionally, looking at the detailed analysis of business process outsourcing services staff turnover. The turnover status and characteristics refer to the related talent flow theory and model. Summed up the root cause of staff turnover; then provide further proposals to solve the problem of staff turnover and effectively counter measures.The reasons for the loss of the survey, this article is from the effective recruitment process, human resource planning, staff training management, staff incentive management, corporate human resources management, etc.several key aspects of starting, finding solutions, in order to be able to effectively control the human recourse management cost, to retain and better manage employees, staff attrition rate remained at a relatively reasonable level.
