Along with deepening of reform and opening-up, China’s economy has been booming, many foreign companies are piling into China; offered a lot of job position for the invested cities, reversing the enterprise critical employment situation. However, current employee turnover phenomenon become the seasonal climate, talent competition is unusually intense and accelerated flow, leaving management has become an important part of enterprise management system, just as trained staff backbone removed, or elites of a department have switched to peer new enterprises etc.. From easy to find suitable employees to a difficult situation! In such circumstances, how the enterprise should guard in advance, how to keep the minimum flow rate is a direction for many companies to strive. In this case, we want to analyze the main factors of employee’s turnover intention, an antidote against the disease, to help enterprises make a good use of talent, keep talent.This paper takes Europe and America enterprises in Kunshan economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object, studies the relationship between the turnover intention and the practice of human resource management, psychological contract. Analysis results indicate:the employee turnover intention has a close relationship with human resources management and psychological contract. The relationship between the human resource management and the employee turnover intention, with psychological contract’s positive moderating effect. Therefore, the enterprises should improve the human resources management’s work, to establish and maintain psychological contract based on people-orientated corporate culture atmosphere.
