Domestic and international market demand rapidly shrinking, while the demand of diversified and personalized; in China, affected by the regulation of the real estate market, the state regulation of real estate prices in the implementation of the new political and other factors, the survival and development of the elevator manufacturing industry is facing great challenges.In this context, to obtain greater profit space, to seek long-term development, has become the focus of attention of the problem of elevator industry. From the view of the world, for a typical manufacturing enterprise, the cost of general procurement (including raw materials and component parts) with an average of60%, human resource account for20%, other expenses accounted for20%. Therefore, the purchase cost is the main body and core enterprise cost, purchasing cost control is the enterprise (especially manufacturing enterprises cost control) the most valuable part of the. The analysis based on the supply chain will help find out the existing problems in the enterprise supply chain and reduce the purchasing cost of the enterprise.Firstly, the research background and research purpose and significance are described, summarized the important role of purchasing cost control in the supply chain system; and then combined with the supply chain, supply chain management and cost control methods and other relevant theoretical knowledge, in S elevator company as the research object, the combination of theory and practice, to control status of S elevator company purchasing cost and analyzes the existing problems; strategy cost control are presented in the S elevator company, which is the whole process of supply chain management, the implementation of strategic procurement mode, establish the reasonable cost control system and supplier selection and evaluation.Through this research, provides the theory basis for Elevator Company S in the procurement cost control; provide the basis for scientific management, purchasing process purchasing resources integration and standardization of the supplier; effectively control and reduce the purchasing cost, reasonable selection of strategic procurement cost control. Also hope to provide a valuable reference for the peer companies to control purchasing cost effectively.
