The present competition is fierce in the world market economy, so it isrequested that the quality of enterprise management level must be higher. Butquality events happen many times in China, which shows that the quality of theChinese enterprise management is relatively underdeveloped or in a low level. Ithas become a current problem faced by many enterprises in China that how toeffectively improve the quality of enterprise management level. Quality ControlCircle-an quality management team, as a kind of effective quality managementtheory and research method, which can be used to improve product quality intoday’s enterprises, is well applied and promotion. According to the actualsituation, this paper studies the Quality Control Circle in quality improvement inthe use of a company and gets a promotion. This paper analyses all kinds ofpresent situation of quality management both at home and abroad, introducingthe problems existing in quality management of the involved company andpointing out the main causes, which lead to the urgent need for a company toimprove quality. After that, this paper introduces a company that have chosenthe Quality Control Circle as a pilot, through the selection of subjects andmaking clear subjects to reach its goal. This company find the problems in thequality analysis, and implementation of the technical solution of problemsolving. Then, this thesis will result in a pilot project company to conduct acomprehensive marketing and form the standardized management; qualityimprovement activities for providing effective promote the template in the future.Effective quality management methods and theories are finally summarized inthis thesis, supposed to be conducive to the implementation of qualityimprovement.
