The valve is in petroleum, chemical, power plants, metallurgical and other industries indispensable fluid control equipment. With the deepening of economic globalization, customer quality requirements of the enterprise is increasingly high, valve leakage, leakage and appearance quality of the quality issues become more prominent. How can we quickly and effectively improve the quality of corporate management level, put entrepreneurs in front of the reality of the problem. In combination with the actual situation of the F valve company, the company’s quality management improvement activities.Research methods, through questionnaires and interviews, access to quality management maturity data; by using the fishbone diagram, Pareto charts, brainstorming, and a key factor checklist to find and analyze F valvegenerated by the company’s quality problems and to be due; and then design programs to solve product quality problems. Rendering time sequence diagram to improve the effectiveness of the product quality analysis and data monitoring.Found from the statistics of quality control, production plants and sales at a valve product inspection pass rate of only90%, rework, repair costs high; valve leakage increased customer complaints, reduced orders, by using the fishbone diagram, brainstorming and other methods, found that the main reason for valve leakage is due to trachoma of raw materials, welding defects and ring seal is poor or improper selection of suppliers varies greatly, the welder business skills training inadequate, is the main source of the problem. Is proposed improvement program:strengthening of staff training and education and product process quality control; customer, improve the customer complaints handling mechanism; cost of quality management; especially to strengthen the quality management of suppliers, through the supply commercial enterprises presence of inspection personnel to be a full assessment of the dynamic management of the assessment, and a strategic partnership with some of the suppliers, purchase of raw materials pass rate and timely rate more than98%. In the implementation process by using a variety of measures, such as through full participation and the concept of change management; the development of enterprise quality strategy to improve the quality of cultural construction; to strengthen education and training system construction and quality inspection system construction and system security system, actively carrry out the QC group activities and other measures to ensure the implementation of quality improvement. Finally, evaluate and summarize the sequence diagram of the rendering time effect on the quality improvement. Through the implementation of programs and a variety of measures, basically meeting the targets for quality improvement. Finally, F Valves need to be further improved.
