Research On Risk Management System Construction And Optimization Of ZT Trust

Trust business is one of the four pillars of the financial industry. In view of its essential position and function entrusted by the country, it will play an important role on serving the real economy. Risk management is the key to the development of trust business. As a result, it becomes increasingly important for the domestic trust companies to enhance their risk management capabilities.Based on the practices of comprehensive risk management of ZT trust, this paper studies the construction and optimization of the comprehensive risk management system by introducing relevant theories and empirical analysis. The paper is composed of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction including the background and purpose, literature review, methodology and innovative viewpoints. The second chapter presents the theories of comprehensive risk management of the trust company. The third chapter explores the construction of the comprehensive risk management system of ZT trust on the basis of its management practices. The fourth chapter demonstrates problems and optimal measures. The last chapter is summary and conclusion.The results show that ZT trust shall enhance the construction of risk management system strategically. Meanwhile from the micro management perspective, considering the fast change of ZI trust business and facing with limited of quantitative model and mass processing in short term, establishing and improving risk decision system shall become the key to realizing the prior control of risk. In the long run, with reference to the New Basel Accord, for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of corporate risk management system, it shall intensify the consciousness of risk management, improve the risk management strategic planning and promote the measure technology of risk management.
