Better Life Commercial Chain Corporation Distribution Management Optimization Research

Abstract:In the twenty-first century, the commercial chain has become an important retail formats. Logistics is an important foundation and guarantee for the development of commercial chain enterprises. BBK commercial chain corporation is more than one format of Hunan native commercial chain enterprises. In recent years, it is a bottleneck of the development of the company that the distribution management level does not match to the expansion rate of chain business. In this article, we will study BBK commercial chain corporation distribution optimization problems, explore ways to reduce distribution costs and improve the efficiency of delivery, in order to improve the company’s competitiveness.The paper analyzes BBK distribution management present situation by literature search, questionnaires, field research and interviews; diagnosis distribution management problems by using systems analysis and comparative analysis methods; put forward distribution management optimization solutions based on improving the distribution organization and processes to establish distribution cost control mode, optimize distribution network and improve supporting distribution of information technology with qualitative and quantitative analysis by organizational theory, cost theory, information theory and cybernetics theory; and verify the feasibility of the program with the application-specific methods.Studies suggest that delivery efficiency and cost of BBK distribution management need to optimize the improvement of existing distribution management system:First, to improve the company’s distribution management organization and distribution business processes, refinement and standardization of management; Second, to build a separate distribution cost accounting system and cost control mode to strengthen the company’s distribution cost management; Third, to optimize the company’s distribution network system, including additional regional distribution centers in Nanchang Jiangxi and urban distribution network design in order to improve the delivery speed and reduce distribution costs; Fourth, to make good use of the distribution center information system and the distribution of information technology as for supporting improved scheme. The analysis showed that the above optimization program is of practical feasibility.
