The Research On The Problem Of The Growth Of Farmers’ Income In Hebei Province

For a long time, the problems of agriculture, rural areas, the peasant problem has always been paying more attention and efforts by the Party Central Committee and state. But the farmer problem now and in the future is the core of these problems in a long-term. The good or bad of solving the problem not only directly related to the improvement of the quality of life and the living standards of farmers, rural overall well-off society construction and realize agricultural modernization, but also related to the long-term stability and development in the society. And the most prominent peasant problem is the growth of farmers’ income.Hebei Province is a big agricultural province, rural population accounts for70%of the total population. The peasant problem related to the long-term stability and development of the whole province of Hebei. Although after the reform and opening up, enormous changes have taken place in rural areas of Hebei Province, the farmers’ living standard has been greatly improved, the income of the farmers has also increased year by year, but the gap is still large compared with urban residents, behind this phenomenon still exists a series of problems, such as lower prices of agricultural products, agricultural structure is irrational, the farmer quality is not high, city-countryside dualistic lead to serious segmentation, these problems make a slow growth trend of the farmers’income, seriously dampened the produce enthusiasm of the farmers, restricted the development of economy of Hebei Province, but also hindered the integration of urban and rural development.This article studies this problem from five aspects.The first part introduces the research background and research significance, and then summarizes the research method, innovation points. The second part is mainly expounds the domestic and foreign scholars on the growth of farmers’ income problem research achievements, and some related basic concepts about the farmers’ income. The third part observed and analyzed Hebei farmers’ income change trend since the reform and opening-up, and analyzed Hebei province farmer income level in four aspects that about stage, structural, regional, difference. The fourth part is the reason analysis to the slow growth of the income of the farmers in Hebei province. In this paper, the influence factors of the slow growth of farmers’ income are divided into three aspects: agriculture, farmers, system. Among them, agriculture aspect including the decrease in the prices of agricultural products, agricultural industry structure is not reasonable, township enterprises development difficult; Farmers aspect including the cultural quality of the farmers is relatively low, the transfer of rural surplus labor force degree is low, farmer burden is heavy; The system aspect consists of two structure in urban and rural areas has not been eliminated, the deficiency in the system of rural land requisition, the rural social security system is not perfect.
