Economic prosperity is the foundation of financial development, So the level of economic development determine the level of financial development. On the other hand, mature financial system will promote economic growth in turn. The development pattern, including economics and finance, of western China where ethnic Minority gathering is certainly different from the eastern area because of the complexity of its natural environment. So how to mobilize various social investments and efficiently used in the construction of the ethnic minority areas and how to give these rural areas the best financial support to promote its income growth, bring real change to these minority areas is of practical significance. This topic is greatly concerned by government and academia, and me. But the study currently are gathering in two aspects, one is the relation between economic growth and financial development in minority areas, the other is to study the specific-practices of financial institutions, or the management of banking in minority areasInspired by the great success of "the bank for the poor" specializing in Microfinance in Bangladesh which attracted worldwide attention and launched a globle research wave from various Perspective in microfinance business Unfortunately, the studies about specific ethnic areas are not sufficient.Microcredit in rural area, as a form of financial innovation, provides a new solution of poverty. So I hope to summarize the regular pattern and practical method of microfinance by studying about the practice of domestic and international microfinance development, and finally find a tailored pattern for local people, to make the development of rural areas in Linxia faster.
