Is a tradition in anxi tea industry and pillar industry? Among them, there aremore than three hundred years history of tieguanyin which is not only the advantagesof anxi tea industry, also can anxi topped the one hundred major tea producingcounty’s key reason. Through continuous development, in anxi county tea production,tea garden area, involving tea output, etc, are the first in the nation.However, the development of anxi tieguanyin development faces a severebottleneck. Competition from domestic, other tea brand, for the further developmentof anxi tieguanyin has brought the serious difficulties. From abroad, more and morestrict standard of pesticide residue detection caused some difficulties to the export ofanxi tieguanyin. More importantly, anxi tieguanyin have different quality, poorresistance against natural disasters, lack of leading industry, sales order, andecological chaos. These problems of itself, fundamentally limits the development ofanxi tieguanyin.This paper based on the analysis of anxi tieguanyin, on the basis of theadvantages and disadvantages, in order to improve the core competitiveness of anxitieguanyin tea, anxi tieguanyin are emphatically analyzed existing problems and thecause of the problem. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward to improve thefive strategies of anxi tieguanyin, namely the cultural strategy, brand strategy, industrystrategy, management strategy and capital strategy. Carrying through the tea culture,increasing brand awareness, optimizing the industrial structure, strengtheningmanagement, and adding money into five aspects to achieve the purpose, enhance thecore competitiveness of anxi tieguanyin.
