Study On Tourism Development Of Small Town Tourism Destination

With the increase of national standard of living and spiritual cultural needs,people consumer attitudes cause the people’s travelling demand increasing year byyear. In recent years, many small towns which rely on the unique tourism resources todevelop tourism have been built to characteristic tourist destination. The developmentof small cities and towns tourism destination, which could promote the developmentof urban and rural plan as a whole, promote the residents nearby employment andincome, promote the construction of urban infrastructure, improve the quality of lifein urban and rural areas and promote the nation silverware cultural. Under thebackground of rapidly urbanization in China, many problems were raised in townconstruction. This study research the way for development of Lu Sha Er town whichis analyzed by investigation on the basis of tourism planning.This paper guide by the tourism location theory, the central place theory, thepoint-axis theory and tourism sustainable development theory, and analyzed thathow these theorys promote the tourism development of Small cities and townstourism destination. It provides effective theoretical support for the research work.On the demonstration aspect, we take the tourism development of Xining city LuShaer town for example. First of all, On the basis of knowing the status of Lu Shaertourism development, and the investigation of the existing tourism resource,classification and evaluation of tourism resources and in-depth analysis of the tourismmarket, the development of Lu Shaer is analysed by using SWOT method. Second,based on the above rationale, the author discusses the development of tourism placescharacteristic construction from planning level, after thorough analysis of Lu Shaertown by a location made, the overall orientation of Lu Shaer town is the religiousculture tourism town,by spatial development layout and produce the product thediverse and distinct structure system on the center of Lu Shaer town theme and fromthe support of all kinds tourism, and designs the investigation route for the need oftourists. Finally, the paper gives the suggestions to speed up the tourism development,which are to strengthen management, to increase investment, to protect theenvironment.
