Comany R has long history on the production of agrochemical, exported goods bydomestic trader for long time. They are looking for export channel strategies to makelong-term profit.There is seven chapters. Focus on the export channels problem of company R,make research on competitive force, market, channel, channel strategy, businessenvironment, by the Delphi method, AHP method. Finally, the answer is: consumer,multi-national customer, local distributor, local producer, local trader. Suggest on theThe thesis first carries on the existing channels of company R, give the corecompetencies, superiority and weakness of company R by the internal and the externalenvironment analysis of the company, and give the evaluating index of AHP by theexport market study, value it by Delphi method, finally conclusions is drawn by AHPmethod.By the SWOT method analysis, the export channel strategy is determined.
