On the complex and volatile economic market conditions that China Everbright Bank putforward “more connotative development” strategic train of thought, advance the mode ofmanagement creatively, integrate resources and optimize the process focus on the needs ofcustomers, promote the mode of operation and profitability changes in the pattern.The so-called stereotyped business of commercial bank mainly refers to thestandardization solution of the bank which forms based on the profession characteristics andspecific accurate grasp of customer’s demand, and copy the solution to the industry’scustomers or cross-industry process of similar customers.This paper combining with the China Everbright Bank’ actual situation,, discusses therelated basic theory of the Stereotyped business; points out that Stereotyped business issignificant under the increasingly tough market environment; analyzes the current situation ofthe development of the China Everbright Bank; Researches in the mold of Stereotypedbusiness’ internal and external---two major aspects---and its reasons. Through the analysis ofdomestic and international macroeconomic and financial environment, industry environment,and China Everbright Bank’s own competitive position, drawing on the successful experienceof developed countries and relevant domestic banks, China Everbright Bank puts forward amold at this stage for Stereotyped business.
