Since2000, China’s software industry already bythe introduction into the rapid growth stage, is accelerating the growth of information industryis the fastest growing, most potential industry. China software industry development is veryrapid, with the development of economic globalization, industry competition is becomingincreasingly fierce, the software enterprise’s strategic management ability will influence thefuture sustainable development of enterprises.The research object of this paper is the Harbin Xianda Company. This paper use PESTanalysis from the policy, economy, society, technology of four environmental angles to theXianda Company to the external environment analysis. Then the Potter five forces model tothe company currently located competition situation analysis. The company’s internalenvironment, including the main business situation、human resources、enterprise culture、enterprise the respect such as ability to analyze, through the company’s internal and externalenvironment analysis, that company’s SWOT strategy matrix. On this basis, design thecompany’s overall development strategy and strategic focus.Through the research that, along with the macroeconomic environment uncertainty andcompetition in the software industry is the rapid warming, differentiated products and serviceshas become the primary factor in software industry competition ability. The Xianda shouldadhere to attract talent, improve the service quality, research and development of differentproducts, and go to a suitable for the development of the enterprise’s innovation road.
