The Study On The Development Of Agricultural Recycling Economy In Shuangcheng

The economy of our country has been in a state of high growth in recent years,but at the cost of resources and environment in vulgar, overdraw problem brought bythe development model of sex also continuously emerging. Currently, our country isfacing the worsening ecological environment, production rising raw material costs,shortage of resources, such as soil and water loss problem. As the basis of thedevelopment of the national economy and lifeblood, agriculture is struggling in suchenvironment, a series of questions appeared brought by petroleum agriculture: soilfertility decline, land desertification, food security, natural disasters and so on. Theseproblems have been pointed to the vulgar of traditional agricultural production, so thecomprehensive transformation of the mode of agricultural production is the key torealize the agricultural sustainable development. As an important grain crops inheilongjiang province, the agricultural sustainable development of shuangcheng is thethe focus of local government and scholars. This paper took the agricultural circulareconomy of shuangcheng as the research object, and then this paper put forward themodel of agricultural circular economy in shuangcheng.Based on the in-depth summary of agricultural circular economy at home andabroad, this paper summarized and combed the theoretical basis of agriculturalcircular economy, researched the agricultural circular economy development ofshuangcheng. Through analyzing the shuangcheng agricultural recycling economydevelopment situation， analyzing the advantageous conditions of shuangchengagricultural circular economy， evaluating the agricultural circular economydevelopment level by using quantitative analysis，discussing the obstacle factors,thispaper pointed out that the factors of economic and social development and resourcerecycling was the main obstacle factors, and analyzed the factors of restricting thedevelopment of shuangcheng agricultural circular economy. And then this paper pointout that the main influencing factors were weak infrastructure, organization mode ofoperation implement, underfunded, green trade barriers and other factors. Then under the guidance of circular economy3r principle, this paper introduced circulationpattern between the agricultural industry and biomass resources recycling mode ofshuangcheng agricultural circular economy development. Finally this paper putforward the guarantee measures of shuangcheng agricultural circular economy rapiddevelopment from organizing and leading，the technical promotion, informationservice, agricultural product quality safety supervision, financial support and otheraspects.
