With modern market competition becomes increasingly fierce, it’s obviously not enough to just rely on the leader or the power of one person. How to better play to the employee’s initiative will be a reality and arduous task that the organization will face. As the important employee voice, it can affect the future of the organization.In the past research, it mainly focus on western leadership theories or the research variables applicable in the western organization, but it involves less special variables under the background of china. The paper introduces paternalistic leadership, and Guan xi under the background of china, and the thinking style of Chinese--Zhong-yong thinking style as research variables with the support of domestic and foreign present research situation aimed to explore the employee voice mechanism under the background of china.The paper puts forward research hypothesis and research model through finding out the deficiency of previous research by the review and summary of literature, and uses questionnaire survey、spss16.0and amos17.0to deal with data to verify the hypothesis. It mainly involves the basic analysis of sample statistics、 reliability and validity analysis、correlation analysis、regression analysis and the mediation and moderation analysis. Through the empirical analysis, it mainly draw the following conclusions:(1) Benevolent Leadership and Moral Leadership has significant positive impact on employee voice behavior, Authoritarian leadership has significant negative impact on employee voice behavior.(2) Affective attachment and Personal-life Inclusion has significant positive impact on employee voice behavior, Deference to supervisor has significant negative impact on employee voice behavior.(3) Affective attachment mediates significantly the relationship between Benevolent Leadership and Moral Leadership and Considerate voice. Personal-life Inclusion mediates significantly the relationship between Moral Leadership and Considerate voice. Deference to supervisor mediates significantly the relationship between Authoritarian leadership and Aggressive voice.(4) Zhong-yong thinking style can negatively moderate the relationship between Benevolent leadership and Moral leadership and Considerate voice.Zhong-yong thinking style can positively moderate the relationship between Authoritarian leadership and voice behavior.
