| Auto finance in China along with the deep development of the automotive industry, keeps in a high speed increase; In order to have a good governance of an auto finance company, risk control or risk assessment is a powerful guarantee. This article intends to analysis enterprise risk management (ERM) from four aspects and then combines with the case study in an auto finance company, to discuss one possible approach for ERM implementation.This thesis consists of five chapters:the first chapter is to introduce the back ground and the second chapter is on the basic theory of enterprise risk management; the third chapter is on the working methods of enterprise risk management the fourth chapter is a case study of combination with the characteristics of an auto finance company; the fifth chapter carries on the summary to the full text, and the main conclusions of this thesis and discuss the points. |
