Landless Peasants In Kunming Pension Insurance Satisfaction And Influencing Factors

With China's rapid and steady economic development, a huge number of rural land has been acquired by the construction of industrial parks and urban areas, and tens of millions of landless farmers turned up.It is estimated that the total number of landless farmers in China is more than 40 millions, growing at the rate of 2 millions per year. Since the "urban village" redevelopment plan in Kunming intend to make transformation of the 335 "urban village", which also has created 610 thousand of landless farmers according to statistics.Landless farmers are typically "no land, no job,no life skills, no social security" poor crowd, living in urban fringe.Because their identities are often between residents and farmers,so they are also called landless or lost land person. But with a widespread concern from the national authorities, government has begun to attach great importance to the settlement and social security of landless farmers. However, due to the low land compensation, narrow-caliber personnel placement, it has not solved the practical difficulties of landless farmers yet. Take endowment insurance for example, small coverage, low security level and poor satisfaction have negative impact on development of the policy. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate landless farmers and study to understand the status of the satisfaction of insured person.Through use of public satisfaction indicators, this paper has investigated the satisfaction of insured person by sample survey. It can effectively find shortcomings of the pension policy and its implementation through data analysis, and also can identify significant factors impact on satisfaction.In the result, we can put forward proposals to amend the policy to take measures to improve overall satisfaction. Meanwhile, the paper has established satisfaction indicators of social endowment insurance by empirical studies, which can be applied to other specific groups.This study has a high theoretical value and strong practical significance, not only for establishing satisfaction indicators, but.also for evaluating the government performance,especially the performance in social security.
