The Empirical Research On Economic Institution Affects China’s Economic Growth

This paper centers on the top ic that economic institutio n influences China’secono mic growth. Theoretically, this paper stud ies the mecha nis m o f economicinstitution influences China’s economic growth; Experientially, this paper describesthe history of China’s institution changes and Chinese economic growth; Empirically,this paper ana lyzes the inner correlation between economic institution a nd China’secono mic growth. Based on the ana lys is above, we make some conc lus io ns as fo llows:Firstly, the reason why proper economic institutio n can promote econo mic growth isthat econo mic institution owns the functio ns of allocating, econo mizing transactioncost, encouraging, and constra ining. And econo mic institutio n affects economicgrowth through property right institutio n, econo mical operatio n institutio n andopening institution; Second ly, this paper experientia lly describes the history ofChina’s institution changes and Chinese economic growth, and analyzes thecorrelation between economic institution change and China’s economic growth, thispaper arrives a conclus ion that there is a positive relations hip between property rightinstitution, econo mical operation institution, opening institution and economic growthrespectively by disc ussing the correlation amo ng them; Third ly, this paper alsoconc ludes that property right institutio n, economica l operatio n institution and openinginstitution a ll can e ncourage economic growth, but the e ffects of these institutionsinflue nce econo mic growth fro m different s ides according to regiona l and periodica lfactors; Lastly, this paper puts forward responding polices that p erfect property rightsystem, accelerating process of marketization, improve the leve l of opening to theoutside world, and continua lly innovating a ll institutio ns.In a word, there is some theoretica l significa nce owing to expla ining the innermecha nis m of econo mic institution influences China’s economic growth; in themeantime, there is practical s ignifica nce as a result of us ing the dates of c hina,whic hproves that the theoretica l inner mecha nis m of economic institution influe ncesChina’s economic growth.
