A Research On The Patent Institution And China's Economic Growth

It has been more than 20 years that China established the patent institution in 1985. Generally speaking, it has played an important role in the process of China's economic growth. However, it had been overlooked by previous economic theories of the importance. Until the emergence of new institutional economics, it has been viewed as the decisive factors of the system of economic growth by economists. These economists have given a deep and full analysis and description about institution, changes of institution and their role and influence to economic growth, but the majority of analysis and description always remain in the "theoretical exposition". The patent institution in my paper for this particular study, firstly mainly analysis of the patent system and economic growth theory, secondly further analysis of existing problems and the reasons of China's patent institution, thirdly then examine correlated economic growth in our country, and finally our country made the some existing patent institution recommendations.
