In the field of DVD, the production of laser head components of AiMing Digital Electronics Limited accounted for the global same products market share of the40%.The great achievements of Samsung (China) Xiangtan AiMing Digital Electronics are inseparable from the advanced management system of the company.This thesis try to understand and study deeply the quality management system of Xiangtan AiMing digital electronics Co, LTD.Learning the methods of quality management in the international corporations, this thesis tried to find the problems of the quality management in Samsung (China) Xiangtan AiMing Digital Electronics Company, and analysis their causes and propose measures to solve these problems.First,this thesis analyses of the current quality management system of Xiangtan AiMing digital electronics Co. LTD were based on learning from the quality management system in the actual execution of process, and discussed the importance and advancement of the quality management system and pointed out the problem of the quality management and its causes.In this basis，according to the ISO9000system proposed, there are four principles: the proposed management duties, resource management, product realization and measurement.the thesis proposed measures which AIMing constructs the strict quality management and executive process that comply with the requirements of company, customers and market by inheriting for experience on production management from the Samsung Group and combining with the actual production condition of AiMing digital electronics Co. LTD.In addition, the thesis studied on environmental links of enterprise operations management,and provided for theory demonstration and practical framework,analysed specially responsibility and authority about quality, environment health and safety management system of the company.Finally, the thesis analysed and instructed the implementation after the improvement in AiMing digital electronics Co. LTD about the quality management system the framework of the implementation, and pointed out this system improvements which likely to face resistance, at the same time, instructed coping mechanisms about definition of terms, liability privilege, implementation steps, implementation, assessment and feedback of the results,and so on.
