Nowadays human is the most critical and core factors in modernenterprises management. The modern enterprise competition in the final analysis is thetalent competition. And talent selection, education, and leave mainly depends onwhether enterprises have system and scientific incentive mechanism.The LZ company is a family-owned steel trade enterprise,which has been more than30years of history, the early stages of development mainly rely on relatives and friends,and gradually grow strong. by the end of2011,the company had more than100employees,and establishes five subsidiaries.With the growth of private enterprise, thestaff is increasing, especially in recent years, the steel trade and the increasingly fiercecompetition in the industry,so the traditional management modes has been unable toadapt to the development of enterprises,and even hinder the development of enterprisesespecially lack of incentives, the result in part of the backbone of the brain drain,causing no small loss to the enterprise, and how to establish and improve the incentivemechanism is particularly important.In this paper, the current domestic and international authoritative incentive theory,at the same time, learn the mechanics, the composition and decomposition of the force,conservation of energy, such as Newton’s laws of classical physics theory, combinedwith the actual LZ company to build a "five forces " incentive model, the incentives LZcompany operated for nearly a year, has achieved initial success, dozens of peopleended finalized LZ employees increases, five new wholly owned subsidiary.Through the LZ company incentives exploration model and practice the use of, onthe one hand to promote the rapid development of the LZ company, on the other hand,to improve the incentives for other companies, has certain reference value and practicalsignificance.
