Market supervision is the basic function of all nations, it also is the primary task in economic management. In China, which is a socialism country, especially our economic and social entered a period of rapid transition, the market players continue to diversify, trading activity towards diversify, the competing of market is fierce, so it is more important to strengthen market supervision. However, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, our country still have not the standardize market order and social economic life appeared the phenomenon of poor supervision, significant market supervision events followed, especially with a series of malignant society,events continuously exposed, such as the melamine milk powder, clenbuterol, fast-growing chicken and other endanger public safety issues emerge in endlessly. These events occured repeatedly, bring about great loss to state property and individual lives, the key reason is the government’s poor supervision of the market. Therefore, delve into facing challenges, the significance and principle under the economic transitional period of China’s socialist market supervision, explore the regulator’s ways and means standardized the market subject, market object, market behavior, regulators, efforts to build the soft environment of honest moral credit, and improve the comprehensive legal environment and dynamic, efficient regulatory system, so as to establish a standardynamic, efficient regulatory systemdized and orderly socialist market economic order, that is a very important topic in theory and practice.This subject to market regulation as the starting point, adopt the method of multi Agent system combined with game theory, the system model is established using computer simulation technology, in view of the complex diversity of individual behavior, and multiple Agent system model of the existing research results, the build Agent mental state adjustment and learning mechanism, try to reveal the system of rules and internal characteristics, namely the bilateral mixed strategy formation process, and on this basis for further development of the model, has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the above thinking, this paper preliminary studied, the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the relate method and theory of complex adaptive system, detailed introduces the basic thought of complex adaptive system and defines the model of market supervision, analyze the basic concept and present situation of the complex adaptive system and the market regulation model. Afterwards from two big characteristics of complex adaptive system and mechanism, such as seven aspects:namely, nonlinear, flow and diversity and identity, internal mechanism. To discuss complex adaptability of the market regulation model model.(2)Swarm is a complex system simulation platform, at the same time, it is also a complex system simulation summary of ideas and methodology. Paper detailed expounds the Swarm simulation platform of the basic ideas, characteristics and applications of Swarm and thus gives the market regulation model included subject, message platform, formal representation of complex systems, agent-based simulation. Contrast Swarm model main connection and relationship between the composition of the module and module, Agent of the market regulation system model is constructed.(3)With the support of Swarm conceptual framework, this paper puts forward a kind of based on Swarm simulation, modeling and distribution Agent simulation model software framework, this paper expounds the various main body key function components and the corresponding attributes and behavior. Content includes macroscopic analysis on the forming mechanism of market regulation, from the micro level analysis after a single main Agent decision making, and to simulate the process of interaction between regulatory Agnet. On the method, by computer simulation science and new perspective to solve the traditional method is difficult to solve the social and economic problems, trying to make up some shortages in the present study, a thief in the classic model of mixed strategy and guard the abstract for the ratio of population evolution, first is verified by the simulation analysis result is consistent with traditional methods, and then on this basis to establish the model for the deformation and development of further. This makes the study of regulation of the market with a new theory Angle of view, from the point of view of theoretical tools and research ideas, have certain innovation.(2) Swarm simulation methodology as a research tool, to carry out the simulation research of market regulation, and the simulation results were analyzed, and the study of the microscopic behavior in the system and the relationship between the macroscopic behavior.(3) Using different multi-stage repeated game, and introduce the concept of cooperative game for development model innovation, at the same time also for later scholars to research social and economic problem provides new reference platform tools.
