With the development of communication industry the third restructuring smoothly,the new communication, the new China Unicom, the new mobile is a new attitude toall business operations in public. For under the whole business operators, at thebeginning of operation of new business, will face the fierce competitors extrusion, theoriginal traditional advantage of business will be severely impacted by newcompetitors. Through excellent customer service to obtain satisfied and loyalcustomers become the core competition factor. To provide quality services,communication enterprises to establish a good customer service system.The first chapter discusses the research background, purpose and significanceand the domestic and foreign literature review. The second chapter focuses on thestudy of the characteristics of customer service communication industry.
