County Earthquake The Way Of Management Of Agriculture

After the earthquake, more attentions have been paid to Anxian by the country and whole society, also the fund, technology and resources are all can be redeployed. Once seize the opportunity accurately, the rational redeployed of fund and resources may certainly drive the development of Anxian’s economic developing, even make a win-win situation of reconstruction after the earthquake and agriculture development.This article focuses on the adjustment and development of Anxian in the managerial mode of agriculture. The most important research was on the restructure of the managerial mode of agriculture in Anxian after the earthquake. After summarizing the successful managerial mode of agriculture in home and abroad, several typical managerial mode of agriculture in Anxian were researched:the business model of "five consolidated but one scattered" in Shengkang egg, the mechanism of "share cooperation, the couplet build and cultivate" in Changgou village Xingren town, the new production and operation mechanism of "a big family+cooperative+base+famer" and specialized cooperative economic organization of "one village and one brand". Based on the exposed problems of the existing managerial mode and then combined with domestic and international experience, the suitable managerial mode of agriculture for Anxian is that:adhere to the lead or initiate the adiversified form of the main body as well as develop the new agricultural cooperatives. At the same time, the details of countermeasure for establishing the suitable managerial mode of agriculture.
