Research On Status And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Industrialization In The Farming Field Of He Jiang

Agriculture industrial operation is a global and directional event in agricultural and rural development, which is significant for promoting the strategic adjustment of agriculture and rural economic structure, balancing urban and rural development, promoting the stable increase of the peasants’ income, and realizing agricultural modernization. Wherever it is in the United States, Europe and other western developed countries, or some developing countries such as China, agricultural industrialization has always been paid attention as a major measure to promote the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and realize agricultural modernization. Many domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done lots of research through the theory to guide, enrich and develop the industrial management of agriculture.Hejiang is a big county of agriculture and rural people in Sichuan province."Three farming" job is very onerous. Hejiang county has always attached great importance to "three farming" job so far, placing it in the most important priority of all the county’s jobs, as the important path to accelerate agriculture and rural development. It not only promoting the modernization of agricultural development and farmers’ stable income increase, but also laying a solid foundation for the county to realize a prosperous society, and gathering important experiences.Based on the investigation and analysis, this paper points out that Hejiang has got a progress in improving agricultural production conditions and adjusting the structure in the industrialization of agriculture. Its leading industry is gradually formed and agricultural production base begun to take shape. Agricultural leading enterprises have a larger development and stronger driving ability. Market system is gradually perfected and commodity rate is constantly improved. However, looking from the situation of Hejiang agriculture industrial operation, it is still in the starting stage of typical guide in general. It has an unreasonable agricultural structure, low level of productivity, a small scale of the farmers, leading industry and leading enterprises operation, weak market competitiveness and imperfect market development. The financial supporting agriculture system and agricultural insurance system remain to be further improved. The connecting mechanism of agriculture industrial organization and the farmers’benefit is not standard.Based on the above analysis, this paper makes a specific design for the solutions and measures for promoting Hejiang agricultural industrialization, proposes all the levels of Hejiang government should change ideas, enhance understanding, take the market as the guidance, fully consider their own conditions and characteristics, combine the leading enterprises, the agricultural intermediary organizations and farmers, actively construct the regional agricultural industrialization mode, speed up institutional innovation, develop bigger and stronger leading enterprises, play a comparative advantage, foster the agricultural pillar industry with advantages and characteristics, pay special attention to the quality of agricultural products, improve the technology content, enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise, improve the connecting mechanism of internal benefit in agricultural industrialization system, innovate farmland flowing into market mechanism, speed up agricultural scientific and technological progress, improve the quality of the agricultural workers, and so on.
