Exploration And Practice In The Development Of Xuzhou's Agricultural Industrialization

The connotations of the agricultural industrialization can be described as follows: theintegration of trade, industry and agriculture; the coordination of producing, processing,running and industrial organizational form of rural economy, all of these focus on themarket,profit and depend on society and advanced technology to carry out the regionallayout, productive specialization, social service and enterprise management on theagricultural and rural economy. Firstly, the development of agricultural industrialization canbenefit farmers greatly by sharing the margin in the process of processing and circulating,improve the productivities of land and the commodity rates of farm produces; secondly, itcan be beneficial to the advancement of the agricultural science and technology progressand connect the agricultural productions with market circulations; Finally, it can bear abatch of faucet enterprises, leading products, service organizations and production bases. Inconclusion, the development of agicultural industrialization plays a greatly important rolein increasing farmers' income and solving the problems of "agriculture, rural areas andfarmers". Since the Industrial Revolution, with the progress of technology and society, thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization has already reached a pretty high level abroad.The starting of agricultural industrialization in our country is late, it is the innovation ofagricultural industrial organizations which aims at the deep contradictions accumulating inour country's agricultural development since reforming and opening, and the seriouscircumstances of agricultural development after entering the WTO. The terminal target istrying to settle the problems in the process of development with this organizationalinnovation and propel our country's agricultural development further.In the foreword part, the author brings forward the main purpose of this research, thatis to take the references of some relevant theories, practices and experiences of agriculturalindustrialization home and abroad to summarize the main characteristics, achievements,problems and advantages of Xuzhou' agricultural industrialization development, thenpropose some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Simultaneously, the methods ofthese are listed by author as follows: Using the economic theories to analyze theinevitability of coming into being of agricultural industrialization, applying the data analyzing method to illustrate the part played by the agricultural industrialization inincreasing the farmers' income and the gross outputs value of agriculture, applying theinvestigation study method to sum up and analyze the accumulated experiences andproblems existing in the development of agricultural industrialization in Xuzhou, makinguse of standard analysis law to supply some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The first part of this paper studies the creation and development process of ourcountry's agricultural industrialization, which relates the connotation, characteristics ofagricultural industrialization, and the theory basis to propel the agricultural industrialization,furthermore, the author describes the present situation of the development of agriculturalindustrialization in foreign countries and the effect on our country.In the second section, the author sums up the main characteristics and somefundamental experiences ;analyzes the current situation including the major problems andobstacle factors during the development of Xuzhou's agricultural industrialization byseveral aspects, such as Xuzhou's regional condition, high-quality agricultural productsituation, faucet enterprises and specialized markets' development situation, SpecializationCooperative Economic Organization of Farmers and farm produces specializationassociations development situation and so on.The author analyzes the major problems in the development of Xuzhou's agriculturalindustrialization in the third part of this paper, such as the advantageous farm producesregional layout and specialization production; the development of concrete farm producesindustrialization and faucet enterprises of agricultural industrialization; the innovation ofagricultural technology and science; the aspects of policy and system.In the fourth section, the author provides some countermeasures and suggestions to theproblems, which can be describe as follows: to make the faucet enterprises bigger andstronger continuously, to develop the intermediate service organization greatly, to establishor construct the production bases of agricultural industrialization more quickly, to perfectthe mechanism to bind benefit together step by step, to improve the quality and safety levelof farm produces comprehensively, to enhance the technological innovation abilityunceasingly, to explore the market home and abroad with your great efforts. In the end, theauthor points out some deficiencies in this study and expects its further perfect.
