Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Real Estate Development In Hangzhou

Construction of the new rural area is the new formulation in China’s "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". By the basic principle "the development of production, an affluent life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village, democratic management ", it is to promote the construction of the new socialist countryside. The real estate industry is an industry related to many other industries. It can promote the development of industries such as construction, building materials, traffic, transport, decoration and others. It can provide a lot of job opportunities, make full use of the surplus rural labor force, so as to improve rural living standards. Therefore, the development of rural real estate industry is an important measure in fully implementing the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". At present, one-third of the annual new housing in China is in the country. The volume of residential development in China has topped the world’s list. Rural real estate market is infinite and the time for vast rural real estate development has come.However, the development of rural real estate has also some problems:the waste of land resources, the destruction of ecological environment, unhealthy examination and approval of land use, non-standard market behavior, backward and unscientific real estate management. If the participation of the government can have development of rural real estate well panned and well organized, the rural real estate situation will come to many big changes. This article focuses on some existing problems in the rural real estate development and makes some in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems. It elaborates the premise condition and development principle for the development of rural real estate according to China’s actual rural condition. And it finally puts forward some measures for promoting the healthy development of the rural real estate industry.
