Also it has studied advantages and disadvantages, similarities and differences or characteristics of six kinds of domestic third-party medical logistics with chart, in order to explore the impact of electronic commerce environment on them.Then, the article has defined the third-party medical logistics under the EC environment, analyzed the function and the principles about mode construction of the third party medicine logistics. Thus two kinds of modes of third-party medical logistics under the EC environment have established:the mode of "one to one" third-party medical logistics and allied mode of third-party medical logistics. The mode of "one to one" third-party medical logistics emphasizes the difference of medical logistics services depending on value-added services, and discusses the mode from the applicable conditions, advantages, considerations, so as to construct the mode pattern; while integration of resources and complement each other’s advantages, allied mode of third-party medical logistics gets more competitive advantages through the form of alliance. It is also mainly discussed from the choice of alliance enterprises, alliance types, advantages value and considerations, so two different kinds of allied mode pattern constructed by integration of resources and complement each other’s advantages have been come up with.At last, it has chosen Hangzhou Bangda logistics as a case, analysis its advantages such as correct strategic positioning, high efficient distribution, high informative level, large logistics network, and disadvantages such as single logistics service, lack of value-added services. At the same time, under the direction of the mode of "one to one" third-party medical logistics and allied mode of third-party medical logistics, the mode of "one to one" BangDa logistics and allied BangDa logistics have been constructed. And integration of both modes and their essence, the mode of Bangda in the e-commerce environment have been constructed, which is not only to refine the original mode, but also make a contribution to the research of third-party medical logistics under the e-commerce environment.
