By the availability of adequate capital base and social investigation, since2010theNCMS has gradually explore the major disease compensation. From the beginning of the majordiseases compensation, the beneficiaries and compensation expenses increasing year by year, itconstitutes an important aspect of the NCMS policy and raises concern of the paticipatial famersand management institutions at all levels. Meanwhile, the major disease compensation is still inthe groping stage, there are a series of problems such,as the range of diseases, compensationratio and so on, need to be gradually improved in the groping practice.In this paper, it combined the operating data in Zhanhua NCMS major diseasescompensation to study the NCMS major diseases compensation.
