A Knowledge Governance Of A Enterprise Within Open Innovation

In the era of the new economy, knowledge innovation has become the theme of the global economy. Enterprises and other economic organizations are gradually changing the original mode of operation and management methods. In order to meet the diversified needs of the market, the enterprises are taking active use of innovative resources across the world to improve the efficiency of innovation. The enterprises which initiate and promote the process of open innovation can realize rational allocation of knowledge, and effective integration and reasonableness of possession by means of knowledge governance. Based on the open innovation model, our research effort on knowledge governance structure, mechanism, risks and prevention is theoretically and practically significant.Based on the connotation of knowledge governance, this paper combined environment and process perspectives, made theoretical research with assistance of case analysis, discussed the mechanisms of knowledge governance and designed a knowledge governance programs for the innovation activities of A enterprise.This study includes five parts:The first chapter is an overview of the thesis. Second chapter introduces the connotation of knowledge governance based on analysis of the four impact factors, that is, characteristics of knowledge, knowledge owners, endogenous environment and exogenous environment. Also The mechanisms of knowledge governance within organization and between organizations is discussed respectively. Chapter three focused on the risks existed in the process of knowledge distribution, integration and possession and their governance mechanisms respectively. Chapter four discusses the problems existed in knowledge governance in A enterprise and tries to arrange a series of recommendations to improve governance performance.This study is an exploratory research on the corporate governance of knowledge under open innovation mode, open innovation is the use of any outstanding domestic enterprises that participated in the open innovation have their own use of knowledge governance mechanisms in different but similar ways. Follow-up study of knowledge governance will be much richer.
