The Study On Consumer Behaviors Of The Land-lost Farmers Of Changchun

There comes up a special group in the process of modernization in our country, they are land-lost farmers. According to conservative estimates, up to now, there are about forty million land-lost farmers around the country. Apart from this, the number still keep rising at the speed of one million each year. In order to make the land-lost farmers to live in a sustainable and stable development of future life, the government adopted many measures and ways to solve problems of how to arrange land-lost farmers properly, how to solve their employment and social security, as well as other issues after the expropriation of land. They also achieved some success in the end. However, due to the hysteretic land acquisition and resettlement policy, the problem has not been fundamentally solved, in addition, there have been many new social problems in this process.In this paper, we visited Changchun suburban land-lost farmers, we do investigation and analysis from the following aspects:consumption structure, consumption level and consumption idea. After being aware of the land-lost farmers consumption specific situation during the process of urban village reconstruction, we found that there are a number of problems with Changchun land-lost farmers consumer behavior. What’s more, we analyzed factors that causing these problems, in order to correctly guide the consumer behavior of land-loss peasants in Changchun, we put forward feasible suggestions to promote the further development of land-lost farmers consumption in view of these factors, as well as to improve and strengthen the land-lost farmers’ social security and employment.
