Labor relations in enterprises are the socioeconomic relations of benefits formed in the process of laboring between employers(manager)and employees(staff).Enterprise is the microscopic foundation, harmonious and steady enterprise labor relation is related to the stability and development of the entire society. So labor relations issue has been the focus of attention of governments and the focus of academic research. At present, after more than30years’ reform and development of economy system, labor relations in enterprises has experienced a deep change and confronted with the unprecedented challenge and attack. During the period of transitions, all kinds of labor relations of different ownership economy are becoming more and more complicated and disharmonious phenomenon of the enterprise labor relations is becoming more and more urgent. The conflict between the two subjects of labor relations is becoming more and more, which has being important factors of affecting China’s social stability and development and obstacles of the national harmonious society construction.Based on the harmonious management theory, the theme of harmony is run through the research of Labor relations in enterprises, the theoretical analysis shows that the construction of harmonious labor relations is necessary for enterprises. The paper is structured as follows:Firstly, introduces the related research at home and abroad, grasps the status of the harmonious management theory, humanity hypothesis, and labor relations, to lay a foundation for the following study. Secondly, analyzes the problems of labor relations in enterprises through questionnaire investigation, according to the current situation of labor relations in enterprises. At last, by comparison between the types of labor relations and adjustment model, this paper is focused on constructing a three-dimensional model from the dimensions of government, enterprises and individual and propose the strategies for realizing the three-dimensional model in the view of harmonious management from the aspects of "He" and "Xie", and then guiding the practice of labor relations in enterprises.Construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises abroad have already developed a systematic theoretical system, but in China the research in this area is relatively stagnant, in recent years, some scholars started researching and exploring in this area, however, it is fragmentation. Based on this background, this paper clearly puts forward the research theme about constructing the harmonious labor relations in enterprises. |
