Research Of Project Risk Response Action Selection Methods

Risk Response Actions Selection Method is an important part of project Risk management,but the research of Risk Response Actions Selection Method is not enough,in recent years about the choice of project Risk Response Method research is becoming more and more,becoming a research hotspot in the field of project Risk management.In view of the limitations of existing risk response method, presenting two kinds of improved risk response method; the main work is as follows:(1) Review the theory of the choice of Risk Response Actions Selection Method, as well as the risk interaction analysis related theory, then make a literature review of the relevant theoruse.(2) Considering the risk interdependcy on project risk response action selection method, by establishing a risk structure matrix, and through it to access the strength of the risk interdenpendcy. In project risk, based on two attributes which the similarity of strength of the risk interdenpendcy and the similarity of risk node to cluster the similar risk,so that project managers to conduct the risk management. Finally, according to different interdependency in each risk clusters and the total risk value to determine the risk response selection(3) Based on the preference of decision makers toward risk, this paper introduces the definition of a project manager utility, through the utility functions to describe a particular type of project manager so that measures attitudes to risk, based on different factors such as managerial risk attitude into the optimization model, designed to maximize the utility of the project managers.
