Performance management involves human resources, financial management, business process, enterprise culture and so on many aspects, is an important part of enterprise management. Enterprise expectations through performance management, optimization, improve employee performance, thereby helping to implement performance throughout the organization. Performance management has become the industry to achieve the strategic goal, strengthening core competitiveness and to research field.CC is the domestic property insurance company, was one of the main body of the Cenozoic after10years of development, already have a certain scale of operation, large branches, have greater influence in the industry, Are now facing a new historical starting point to a new level of opportunity, Performance management system is trying to from the "big" to "strong""second crossing". In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of CC company performance management system, combined with the market situation facing the company strategic objectives and, using the balanced scorecard mode to revise and improve the new KPI index system, to build a set of relatively complete, the scientific performance management system, effectively solve the problem of long team performance management.There are five parts in this thesis:The first chapter is the introduction part,It mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the study, and the domestic and foreign theory research, and this research method, innovation and deficiency;The second chapter introduces the performance, performance appraisal and performance management of the relationship between the three, the definition, expounds the realistic significance of performance management;The third chapter analyzes the present situation of performance management in CC Corporation and reasons;In the fourth chapter, the Balanced Scorecard theory to design the revision of the team of evaluation indicators, to improve the performance management system;The fifth chapter describes the whole process of performance management of CC company and the specific implementation plan.
