With the acceleration of the process of approximation of the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization, China’s enterprises are faced with more complex, competitive environment, which will give our enterprise compensation management bring more severe challenges. To face the challenges and changes in our traditional compensation management is imperative. Compensation management to enhance staff team building, improve enterprise management, to promote the corporate strategic objectives to achieve, maintain and enhance the competitive advantage have a very important impact. But so far, our research are not many, especially empirical research. Therefore, our competitive advantage and pay strategic issues of theoretical and empirical research not only has a certain theoretical value, but also has a strong practical significance. The theme of this study is to explore Compensation Strategy and competitive advantage mechanism should implement what remuneration strategies to improve business performance, and to promote sustainable growth. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, this study introduces the background, significance, literature review, research content and methods. The second chapter is an exposition of the theory of compensation strategy and corporate competitive advantage and salary mechanism of strategic competitive advantage. Chapter compensation strategy to build competitive advantage based mainly on the factors affecting the compensation strategy built and the remuneration strategy ideas. Chapter empirical studies of the mechanism of compensation strategy competitive advantage, KM compensation strategy and its competitive advantage of the current situation and the existing problems. Chapter KM’s compensation strategy to build the first chapters of theory and empirical analysis on the basis of recommendations related. The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
