The Feasibility Study Of The ABC Logistics Company In The Construction Of Modern Integrated Logistics Park

In recent years, emerging industries-the modern logistics industry has a rapid development globally. International, logistics has been hailed as the "accelerator" of economic growth, is considered as the labor force and natural resources as "third profit source", an important symbol of the developed degree of a country modernization degree and comprehensive national strength measure. City of H is located in eastern Jiangsu province of the Soviet Union in the region, after years of development, the city’s industrial base is relatively complete, the growing economic strength, however, in the city, the rapid development of economy and the advance of industrialization, the development of modern logistics industry as a producer service industry is obviously lagging behind, therefore, based on the integration of existing logistics resources, the construction of modern integrated logistics park and the H transformation to the management mode of modern logistics is the imminent task.Based on the logistics development of in-depth research of H and the surroundingarea, combined with the advanced experience of the development of domestic and international logistics park, the necessity and feasibility of the construction of JiangsuABC logistics company of modern integrated logistics park project was analyzed, and finally the feasibility of project construction. This paper first describes the research background, purpose and significance of the research, analyzes the present situation and development of domestic and foreign modern integrated logistics park,introduced the related concept of the logistics park, on the basis of this, analyzes the development of domestic and foreign modern integrated logistics park constructionexperience and the positive reference summary. Secondly, this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice, in-depth analysis of thecharacteristics of economic and social development of the city of H, the economic and social development trend, and the logistics demand of H city is predicted, necessityand construction of modern integrated logistics park and the development of modern logistics industry in H City, in-depth demonstration. Thirdly, combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu ABC logistics company, construction condition, construction scheme on the construction of logistics park, the company are illustrated and the concrete analysis, provides a feasible project for ABC company to set up modern integrated logistics park. Finally, this paper from the three aspects of environmentalfeasibility, technical feasibility and economic feasibility for the construction of thelogistics park project is analyzed and demonstrated fully, it is feasible in the construction of modern integrated logistics park of Jiangsu ABC company.
