The author sets the WX logistics center in QBJ as the object of this thesis. The mean factors are:1. The XHWX company has a logistics headquarter and over 100 village centers in Chengdu, it provides the company the sufficient resource and operational advantages 2. Sichuan WX logistics company has a integrated structure and a recent measurement and planning has been made to take the next investment.3. As one of the shareholder of the company, the author has witnessed and practised all the sections in the earlier stage, and quiet familiar with the applications of this project. So, with knowledge and skills, the author can bring out the analysis with delicacy and accuracy.This thesis uses the theories and knowledge of strategic management, marketing, risk management and financial management to analyse the objective feasibility of this project through the introduction of domestic and oversea logistics environment, the policies of the country, the exterior environment and market demand of the logistics center; meanwhile, to analyse whether it is possible subjectively, the author then conducts the inner investigation over the operational advantage, strategic partners and the financial and capital status. The main focuses of the thesis goes like:project positioning, objective and subjective conditions, financial budget, economic and social profits, location and target, investment scale and construction costs.
