With the development of Chinese economy, the private construction enterprises expend constantly. At the same time, these enterprises fall into a more intense market competition. At present, the management personnel’s work performances become the bottleneck of restricting enterprise to speed up the development, so how to effectively improve the work performance has become a very important question. This article adopts questionnaire survey and makes empirical analysis of211management personnel of private construction enterprises. The conclusion shows that performance evaluation positive influence task performance of management personnel. Decision-making negative influence task performance of management personnel. Salary fair can significantly influence interpersonal promotion. Salary fair can significantly influence job dedication. Emotional support shows obviously positive regulating effect between job security and interpersonal promotion, and negative regulating effect between salary fair and interpersonal promotion. According to the research conclusions, this article presents some targeted management advices expecting to provide effective measures to improve the management personnel’s work performance of private construction enterprises. In addition, it can also be as a reference to some similar construction enterprises.
