Since the nineteen nineties, with the rapid development of information technology, IT service outsourcing has also been rapid development, division of labor and cooperation thought plays a more and more important role in the construction and operation of the enterprise. In business operation, the introduction of IT service outsourcing can reduce the cost of enterprise operations; improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the complexity of IT service outsourcing itself also make the outsourcing process full of risks. Therefore. This paper will study the IT service outsourcing risk, by constructing the system of risk identification, risk assessment and prevention.This paper takes C company as the research object, adopts the method of case study, on the basis of the characteristics of C company IT service outsourcing, IT outsourcing risk evaluation system. The IT service outsourcing risk into the internal management risk, environment risk and outsourcing risk, according to the different risk setting different indicators, and set the index weight according to different index importance. In the research method, using the analytic hierarchy process, effective service outsourcing risk measure of IT. C, both the IT service outsourcing of internal risk management and external management of IT outsourcing risk, are in the middle level, the comprehensive risk is at medium level. Finally, according to the results of risk evaluation, according to the existing index with high risk factors, from the outsourcing process, outsourcing and outsourcing the link of this three aspects related to the risk of the targeted prevention strategies, this study provides reference for C company and effectively control the IT service outsourcing risk.
